Content: Cooking on a traditional cooker, the benefits of a cast-iron simmering plate, the power of a wok burner, baking on a Teppan Yaki, playing with the low-temperature oven, etc. We put the act to the word and let you enjoy the culinary uses of a Lacanche cooker! This demonstration is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced users.

Steam cooking – the way of the future! Culinary round...

Content: This demo session allows you to discover every aspect of cooking with steam with the combisteamers of V-Zug. All secrets revealed and illustrated with a minimum of six dishes being prepared. This cooking demo will appeal both to beginners with some basic understanding of the concept, as to the more advanced.

Steam cooking – the way of the future! Introduction.

Date: 14 March 2020 - from 11 a.m.
Content: This demo session explains the basic principles of steam cooking with V-Zug combi-steamers: regeneration, combi steaming, low temperature steam cooking, etc. in an easy-to-understand manner. The programme functions and culinary uses are explained and several dishes will be prepared. There is no better way to get a first impression of these cooking techniques.
